Uresta should be fully inserted inside the vagina, with the bell shape and handle past the pubic bone. It is normal to feel a bit of pressure when initially inserting, which will subside once Uresta slides into its natural position mid-vagina.
Pro tip: If it feels a bit uncomfortable, or feels like its sliding down, try inserting a bit further, which usually does the trick!
